We ship worldwide. Orders ship within 2–5 business days, then delivery takes:

• Canada & US: 3–7 business days
• UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping cost is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders outside Canada and the US may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. These aren't included in our prices.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, reshipping is charged again.

Send back an unworn, unwashed gaiter within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Send us a message below with your order number to start a return.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show within 5–10 business days.

Message us within 30 days with your order number. We'll reply by email so you can send a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't pay return shipping.

Message us straight away. Orders start processing within a few hours, so the sooner the better. If processing hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full.

No tracking within 7 business days of ordering, tracking stuck for 14 days (21 days for international orders), or marked delivered but not there? Message us and we'll sort it out.
