Where we ship

Worldwide. Snow Jaws gaiters are made on demand and shipped from the production facility closest to you, which keeps delivery times and costs down wherever you are.

Production time

Every gaiter is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

Canada & United States: 3–7 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and peak season can add time. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you have no tracking, email us and we'll chase it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Canada and the US may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. These aren't included in our prices.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it but shipping is charged again.
