These terms apply to your use of the Snow Jaws website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Snow Jaws is a small, independent business. You can reach us at snow.jaws123@gmail.com.

2. Products

Our neck gaiters are printed to order. We try to show designs and colours accurately, but screens vary and printed colours can differ slightly from what you see online. Snow Jaws gaiters are fashion accessories. They are not medical devices or personal protective equipment and must not be used as a substitute for a surgical mask or respirator.

3. Prices and payment

Prices may change at any time before you order. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product was listed at the wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't fulfil it, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

4. Shipping, duties and delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders shipped outside Canada and the US may be charged import duties or taxes, which are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, images, videos and text on this site belong to Snow Jaws or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

7. Using the site

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, or submit false information. We may block access for anyone who does.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snow Jaws is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Snow Jaws operates. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.
