Where we ship
Worldwide. Snow Jaws gaiters are made on demand and shipped from the production facility closest to you, which keeps delivery times and costs down wherever you are.
Production time
Every gaiter is printed to order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, typical delivery times are:
- Canada & United States: 3–7 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and peak season traffic can add time. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the facility. If it has been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you have not received tracking, email us and we will chase it.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside Canada and the US may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay us.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it but you will be charged shipping again.
